MicroBench MB-500 Software Application

Download the latest MicroBench MB-500 Windows® application software (version 1.2.4) for your PC.

MB-500 software is fully functional even when the MB-500 instrument is not connected (offline), so you can freely view data, prepare setups, and share with others.

Submit this form to download an archive (.zip file format) that contains the software along with a "Readme" text file (.txt), documentation, and some example MB-500 data files. Once you extract the archive, open the Readme file for instructions on how to install the software and use the MB-500 data files.

Logic Analyzer and Live Logic waveforms are included so you can use the tools' viewing and measuring capabilities. Try out the pattern and waveform editors for the Logic Source, Waveform Source, and SPI protocol tools.
